Dental Implants

The closest thing to getting your natural tooth back. A titanium root and a custom crown that look, feel and function like the real thing — for decades.

Why implants

A replacement that stands on its own.

Unlike a bridge, an implant doesn't rely on the neighbouring teeth. It integrates with your jawbone, preserving bone and keeping the rest of your smile intact.

Every case is planned from a 3D cone-beam scan and a digital surgical guide, so placement is accurate to the millimetre. The crown is then crafted to match the shade and shape of your existing teeth — seamlessly.

Surgical treatment room
Options

From a single tooth to a full arch.

Single tooth implant

One implant and crown to replace a missing tooth without touching its neighbours.

Implant bridges

Replace several teeth in a row with a fixed bridge supported by two or more implants.

All-on-4 full arch

A complete fixed set of teeth secured on just four implants — often in a single day.

Implant-retained dentures

Snap-in dentures that stay put — no slipping, no adhesives, far more confidence.

Bone & sinus grafting

Rebuilding support where bone has been lost, so an implant can be placed securely.

Guided 3D surgery

CBCT planning and printed surgical guides for accurate, predictable, minimally invasive placement.

The pathway

How treatment unfolds.

Most implant journeys span a few months while the implant fuses with bone — but you're supported throughout.

3D assessment

A cone-beam scan maps bone, nerves and sinuses to plan the safest placement.

Implant placement

The titanium implant is placed gently under local anaesthetic, with sedation if you prefer.

Healing & integration

Over a few months the implant fuses with bone. A temporary tooth keeps you smiling meanwhile.

Your final crown

A custom crown is fitted and fine-tuned to look and bite exactly like a natural tooth.

Common questions

Placement is done under local anaesthetic and most patients describe it as easier than a tooth extraction. Sleep dentistry is available if you'd prefer to be sedated.
With good hygiene and regular check-ups, implants routinely last 20+ years — and often a lifetime. The crown may eventually need replacing.
Most healthy adults are. Where bone is limited, grafting can rebuild support. Your 3D assessment tells us exactly what's possible.
In many full-arch (All-on-4) cases, yes — you can leave with a fixed set of temporary teeth on the day of surgery.
