Who we are

A studio, not a sales floor

Nagomi was founded by two refrigeration technicians who had grown tired of an industry that pushed oversized, overpriced systems onto people who simply wanted to be comfortable. They had both lived in Japan, and both had been quietly changed by it — by rooms designed around stillness, by the idea that what you leave out of a space matters as much as what you put in. They wanted to bring that sensibility to the unglamorous world of heating and cooling.

So they chose to specialise. Rather than offering every system to every customer, Nagomi works only with ductless mini splits — the quietest, most efficient, least intrusive way to condition a room. That focus is our advantage. We know these systems intimately: how to size them so they never strain, where to place an indoor head so the air falls gently, how to conceal a line set so the architecture stays pure, and how to tune a unit so it whispers rather than hums.

Sixteen years on, that founding promise still guides every visit. Our technicians are licensed, manufacturer-certified, and trained to treat your home as a space to be respected. We arrive on time, lay down drop sheets, explain our work in plain language, and leave each room cleaner — and calmer — than we found it.
