Lumina was founded on a quietly obsessive idea: that a smile can be designed as carefully as couture — and that the result should look effortless, natural and unmistakably the person wearing it.
An atelier, not a clinic
We started Lumina after years of seeing cosmetic dentistry done at speed — smiles that looked obviously, uniformly "done", designed for a catalogue rather than a face. We believed there was a better way: a private studio where every smile is designed before it is delivered, hand-crafted by master ceramists, and finished in surroundings calm enough to do the work justice.
So we built one. Our studio is intimate, by-appointment and styled in onyx and gold — more like a fashion atelier than a dental surgery. Here, digital smile design lets you preview your new smile before any treatment begins, and our ceramists layer porcelain by hand so it catches light exactly as natural enamel does. Every client, from a single veneer to a full reconstruction, receives the same unhurried, fanatical attention.
Today we have designed thousands of smiles, but the thing we are proudest of has never changed: the moment a client sees themselves in the mirror for the first time and finally recognises the smile they always felt was theirs.
