Since 1991

A family business, built on trust

Three decades of keeping our neighbors warm in winter, cool in summer, and comfortable all year long.

It started with one borrowed toolbox

In the fall of 1991, our founder Raymond fixed a neighbor's furnace on a freezing Sunday night with nothing but a borrowed toolbox and a willingness to help. Word got around fast, the way it does in a small town. Soon he was patching radiators, charging window units, and earning a reputation for showing up when he said he would and charging exactly what he quoted.

That simple idea — treat folks the way you'd want your own family treated — grew into Hearth & Home. Today we run a fleet of friendly trucks and a crew of skilled technicians, but we've never forgotten where we came from. Many of our customers are second and third generation now; we've cooled the nurseries of kids whose grandparents we first helped back in the nineties.

We're not the biggest company in town, and we like it that way. Staying close to home means we can answer the phone ourselves, remember your name, and stand behind every job long after the truck pulls away. When you call Hearth & Home, you're not a ticket number — you're a neighbor.

Why our neighbors stay

Anyone can fix a furnace once. Earning a family's trust for thirty years is something else entirely. The folks who call us in 1991 are often the same folks calling us today — and now their grown children are calling too, for their own first homes. We think that says more than any advertisement ever could. People stay because we answer honestly, charge fairly, show up when promised, and remember that there's a real family on the other side of every thermostat.

We're proud to serve Springdale and the surrounding towns, and we keep our service area close to home on purpose. Staying local means shorter wait times, technicians who know the older homes around here inside and out, and a company you might just run into at the hardware store or the school fundraiser. When you support Hearth & Home, you're supporting a small local business that pours every bit of that support right back into the community we all share. That's a circle we're honored to be part of, and one we work hard to keep going strong for the next generation.
