Never for installations and replacements — those assessments are completely free. For diagnostic repair visits we charge a small, flat service fee that we'll always tell you about up front, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to proceed.
For most calls we offer same-day or next-day appointments. True emergencies — no heat in a freeze, no cooling in a heat wave — jump to the front of the line, day or night, every day of the year.
