Springfield Cafe opened its doors in 2016 as a tiny corner shop with one espresso machine, a handful of tables and a big idea: make this the kind of place locals feel like they belong. A decade on, that idea hasn't changed — we've just gotten better at the coffee.

Every bag of beans we pour is our own house Ironbark blend, roasted just down the road so it hits your cup within days, not months. Out the back, our bakers are in before sunrise rolling croissants and baking banana bread from scratch — nothing in our pastry case is trucked in frozen.
