Do I need to book grooming in advance? +
Yes please! Our groomers get booked up fast — we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead, though we always keep a couple of last-minute spots for emergencies (and surprise mud-baths).
Is delivery really free? +
Free same-day local delivery on every order over $50. Under that it’s a flat $6.95 — and your first order ships free when you join the SweetHeart club.
Can my pet try daycare for a day? +
Absolutely. We offer a discounted ‘trial play-date’ so your pup can meet the gang and we can make sure everyone’s tail is wagging before committing.
What’s your returns policy? +
30 days, no fuss. If your pet turns their nose up at something, send it back for a full refund or swap — opened food included.
