Our story
A family roofing business that grew up the hard way.
Ironridge began in 2004 when our founder Marcus got tired of watching homeowners get burned by dodgy roofers — over-promised, under-delivered, and left chasing call-backs that never came. He started his own crew with a simple rule: treat every roof like it’s your own home, and never put your name on work you wouldn’t stand behind.
Twenty-one years later, that rule still runs the business. We’ve grown from one ladder to a team of more than thirty licensed tradespeople, completed over 4,800 roofs across Greater Sydney & the Central Coast, and built a reputation that brings most of our work through referrals and repeat clients. We’re bigger — but we still answer the phone, still show up when we say we will, and still sweep the site before we leave.

We pass 1,000 completed roofs and bring our first commercial crew on board.
Ironridge becomes a certified Colorbond® installer and opens the Alexandria yard.
Now 30+ tradespeople strong, with 4,800+ roofs and a five-star reputation across Sydney.
