The denture that finally stays put
If you've ever felt a denture lift while you eat or laugh, you know the quiet dread of it. Implant-supported dentures clip firmly onto a few implants — secure, stable, and free of paste forever.

A conventional denture sits on the gums and hopes for the best. It relies on suction and adhesive, and as the jawbone slowly shrinks beneath it — which it always does once teeth are gone — that fragile grip fails. Food gets trapped, words slip, and the constant background worry of a denture moving at the wrong moment steals the very confidence it was meant to restore. Implant-supported dentures end that worry completely.
By placing just two to four implants into the jaw, we create solid anchor points that your denture clips firmly onto. You still have the familiar shape of a denture, but now it is locked down — it won't rock when you bite into an apple, it won't lift when you laugh, and it doesn't need a smear of paste to get through the day. For many of our patients it is the single most liberating change they've made in years.
The difference you'll feel
- Clips securely onto implants — no slipping, no rocking
- Bite force restored, so you can eat what you love again
- Often no need to cover the palate — taste your food fully
- No more adhesive pastes or constant adjustment
- Slows the bone loss that makes old dentures fail
Removable or fixed — your choice
Implant dentures come in two styles, and we'll help you choose the right one. A snap-on (overdenture) clips on and off for easy cleaning while staying rock-solid in wear. A fixed implant denture is secured permanently and only removed by us at check-ups, feeling closest of all to natural teeth. Either way, you gain stability a traditional denture simply cannot offer, often using your existing denture or a brand-new one built for the purpose.
Eat, speak and smile without thinking
The real transformation isn't mechanical — it's mental. When your teeth stop moving, you stop monitoring them. You order the steak. You speak up in meetings. You laugh without a hand near your mouth. Patients describe a return of spontaneity they hadn't realised they'd lost, and it happens fast, often within the first day of wearing a secured denture. That freedom is the whole point of what we do.
Comfort that finally lasts
Traditional dentures don't just slip — they rub. As the jaw shrinks beneath them, they need relining, they develop sore spots, and the very act of wearing them can become something you endure rather than forget. Anchoring the denture to implants removes the source of all of that. The plate stops pressing and grinding into the gum ridge because the implants, not the soft tissue, now carry the load. Sore spots fade, relines become rare, and the daily fiddling simply ends. Patients tell us they stop noticing their teeth at all — which is exactly how it should be. Whether you choose a snap-on or a fully fixed design, the comfort you gain is the kind that holds up over years, not weeks.
If your denture has been letting you down, it's time it earned its keep. Book a consultation and we'll show you how a few implants can change everything.
Implant-Supported Dentures — your questions
Often, yes. If your existing denture is in good condition, we can frequently modify it to clip onto your new implants, which can reduce both cost and treatment time.
Typically two to four per arch, depending on whether you choose a snap-on or fully fixed denture and on the condition of your jawbone. We'll confirm the ideal number at your consultation.
With a snap-on overdenture, yes — and that makes cleaning easy. With a fixed implant denture, it stays in and you clean it in place, much like natural teeth.
