For most enquiries the best first step is a diagnostic appointment, where we connect to your vehicle and read it at the cell and module level. If you are buying a used EV, ask about our pre-purchase inspection and certified State-of-Health report; if your car will not charge or is not safe to drive, ask about our mobile service and we will come to you. Whatever the situation, you will deal with high-voltage certified technicians who explain the data in plain language — never a call-centre script.
