Most comfort problems are sizing problems wearing a different costume. A system too large short-cycles, wastes power and dies young; a system too small never reaches setpoint. We refuse to do either. Every KLIMAWERK project begins with a full heat-load model and ends with a commissioning sheet — the same document our maintenance team reads on every future visit.
Between those two points sits a fixed protocol: nitrogen pressure tests, a vacuum pulled below 500 microns and logged, structural mounting, balanced airflow and calibrated controls. It is unglamorous, repeatable engineering — and it is the reason our systems run quietly, hold their charge, and outlast the warranty.
