Custom Exhaust Fabrication

An exhaust is the only part you hear every second you ride. We hand-build them from mandrel bends and pie cuts so they flow right, sound right and follow the line of the bike like they were always there.

A custom exhaust is where engineering and art collide most visibly. The header routing affects power delivery, the muffler design shapes the sound, and the whole assembly has to weave through a tight engine bay while looking like a single flowing gesture. Off-the-shelf systems rarely manage all three. Hand-built ones do.

We fabricate from mandrel-bent tube and TIG-welded pie cuts, building the system on the bike so it follows the frame and engine lines exactly. Stainless for durability and that blued-tip patina, or titanium when weight and heat colour are the priority. Every join is welded for full flow with no internal steps to strangle gas.

What a custom system delivers

  • Header geometry tuned to your engine and riding style
  • Mandrel bends and pie-cut routing for maximum flow
  • Stainless, titanium or ceramic-coated construction
  • Baffle and muffler design dialled for the sound you want
  • Heat-shielding, hangers and mounts fabricated to suit
  • Tune to match — because flow without fuelling is wasted

Sound is a design decision

Loud is easy. Good is hard. We treat the note as something to be designed — the depth, the bark on the overrun, the level that turns heads without making your own ears bleed on a long ride. Baffle length, muffler volume and tip design all play a part, and we tune them to the character you are after, from a deep lazy thump to a hard race rasp.

And we will always be straight with you about noise compliance. A system that gets you defected at every police checkpoint is not a win. We can build genuinely beautiful exhausts that still keep you on the right side of the law — or clearly mark a system as off-road only if that is what you want.

Power follows flow — with fuelling

A freer-flowing exhaust changes how the engine breathes, which means the fuelling has to follow. We never hand back a bike with a new system and a lean, popping, stuttering tune. Exhaust work is paired with a remap or carb rejet so the gains are real and the engine stays healthy.

Frequently asked questions

Stainless or titanium — which should I choose?

Stainless is durable, affordable and develops a lovely blued patina. Titanium is lighter and colours beautifully but costs more. We help you choose based on budget and goals.

Will a custom exhaust add power?

It can, when paired with proper tuning. Flow gains without a remap often do little or even hurt. We build and tune as a package so the power is real.

Can you keep it street legal?

Yes. We can design systems that sound fantastic while staying within noise limits, and we will tell you clearly if a build is off-road only.
