Harley-Davidson Customisation

The V-twin is an institution. We treat it like one — blacking out, stretching, stroking and reshaping Milwaukee iron into something that finally looks the way it sounds.

There is no engine with more soul and more aftermarket than the Harley V-twin, and there is no shop more in its element. From a tasteful blacked-out Sportster to a stretched, stroked, hand-fabricated Softail, we work the full spectrum of Milwaukee customisation.

A factory Harley is a fantastic starting point and a slightly anonymous finish. We change that. Whether you want a stage tune that wakes up the motor, a blacked-out aesthetic that ditches the chrome overload, or a complete reimagining of the bike's stance and lines, we build it around the rumble.

Popular Harley work

  • Stage 1–3 performance packages — intake, exhaust, cams and tuning
  • Blacked-out and contrast-cut finishing across engine and hardware
  • Bar swaps — apes, T-bars, drag bars with extended controls and lines
  • Suspension lowering or premium fully-adjustable upgrades
  • Custom paint, candy, flake and traditional pinstriping
  • Big-bore and stroker engine builds with dyno tuning

Sound, stance and shove

Three things make a Harley feel transformed. Sound: the right exhaust and a proper tune, not just a loud can that runs lean and melts pistons. Stance: getting the suspension and wheel package to sit the bike correctly. Shove: real, dyno-proven power from cams, displacement and fuelling done together. We chase all three as a system, never as a pile of bolt-ons fighting each other.

Crucially, we tune. Slapping pipes and an air cleaner on a modern Harley without a remap is the single most common way owners ruin a perfectly good motor. Every performance package we fit leaves on a dyno sheet with the air-fuel ratio dialled in for longevity as well as power.

From subtle to unrecognisable

Some clients want their bike to look stock from ten feet and devastating up close. Others want a frame-up rebuild that shares only a VIN with what rolled in. We are equally happy at both ends — and everywhere between. The V-twin is endlessly customisable, and that is exactly why we love it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a tune after fitting an exhaust?

Yes — almost always. Modern Harleys run lean from the factory and adding airflow without a remap risks damaging the engine. Every performance job we do includes proper tuning.

Can you work on the latest Milwaukee-Eight engines?

Yes. We service and build everything from older Evos and Twin Cams to current Milwaukee-Eight motors, including big-bore and cam packages.

Can you keep it looking subtle?

Definitely. Plenty of our Harley work is a sleeper — blacked-out, tasteful and quietly fast. We build to your taste, not a template.
