Buy with total confidence
An independent, bumper-to-bumper inspection of any used car — at the seller's location — with a detailed report and photos before you hand over a cent.

A used car is one of the biggest purchases most people make, and it is almost always bought from a stranger with every incentive to make the vehicle look its best. A car can look immaculate in a driveway and still hide a slipping transmission, accident repairs, flood damage or an engine on borrowed time. The Fleet Concierge pre-purchase inspection is your independent set of expert eyes — we come to wherever the car is, inspect it thoroughly, and tell you the unvarnished truth before you commit.
What we inspect
Our technicians run a comprehensive, structured inspection covering the mechanical, electrical, structural and safety condition of the vehicle. Because we are mobile, we inspect the car exactly where it is — at the dealer, the private seller's home, or an auction yard — so you do not need to arrange anything beyond the address and a viewing time. A full inspection covers:
- Engine condition, oil quality, leaks and a diagnostic fault-code scan
- Transmission, clutch and driveline operation under a road test
- Brakes, suspension, steering and tyre wear assessment
- Body and chassis check for accident damage, rust and repaint
- Battery, charging system, lights and electronics
- Service history review and odometer plausibility check
- A clear road test to assess how the car actually drives
An honest report you can act on
Within hours of the inspection you receive a detailed written report, complete with photographs of anything we flag. We grade the vehicle's overall condition, list any faults by urgency and cost, and give you a plain-English verdict: buy with confidence, negotiate the price down, or walk away. There is no upsell and no agenda — we do not sell the car, we are not connected to the seller, and our only job is to protect your money.
That report is also a powerful negotiating tool. If we find $1,500 of imminent repairs, that is $1,500 you can confidently ask off the asking price, with evidence in hand. Many clients save several times the cost of the inspection in the negotiation alone — and the ones who walk away from a lemon save far more than that.
Inspections for private buyers and businesses
We inspect everything from first cars and family SUVs to work utes and vehicles being added to a commercial fleet. For businesses, a pre-purchase inspection is essential due diligence before acquiring any used asset, and we can fold it straight into your fleet maintenance records. For private buyers, it is simply the smartest few hundred dollars you can spend on a car you have not yet bought.
If you have found a car you like, do not let pressure from the seller rush you into a decision. Send us the listing and the address, and we will arrange an inspection — usually within a day or two. Buy the car because the facts say it is a good car, not because it looked shiny in the photos.
