The right tyre for your car and budget
Tyres are not all the same, and the cheapest option is rarely the best value. We help you choose the right tyre for how and where you drive — quiet, long-wearing touring tyres for high-kilometre commuters, grippier performance tyres for sportier cars, or tough all-terrain rubber for utes and 4WDs that see gravel and worksites. We carry quality brands across every price point and give you a clear, fixed price per tyre fitted and balanced, so there are no hidden 'valve and disposal' surprises at the end.
We will also tell you honestly when you do not need all four. If only two tyres are worn, we will fit two and put the better rubber on the rear for stability — the safe, correct approach — rather than upselling you a full set you do not yet need.
When to replace your tyres
The legal minimum tread depth is 1.5mm, but grip — especially in the wet — drops off well before that. Book a tyre check if you can see the wear indicators becoming flush with the tread, if you notice cracking in the sidewalls, uneven wear across the tyre, or vibration through the steering wheel at speed. Regular rotation, correct pressures and wheel balancing all stretch the life of your tyres and keep the car driving the way it should.
Good tyres stop you faster, corner more safely and even use less fuel. When yours are due, skip the tyre-shop queue entirely — tell us your size or your rego, and we will bring the right tyres to you.
Tyres & Wheel Service questions
Yes. Our vans carry mobile balancing equipment, so every tyre we fit is computer-balanced on-site for a smooth ride.
We repair punctures wherever it's safe and legal to do so. If the damage is in the sidewall or shoulder, the tyre must be replaced for safety, and we'll explain why.
Fit and balance starts from $45 per tyre on top of the tyre price, with everything — valves, balancing and old-tyre recycling — included in the quoted price.
Not necessarily. If only some are worn we'll fit what's needed and place the best tyres on the rear axle for stability. We never upsell a full set you don't need.
