Talk to the workshop

Booking a service, chasing a quote or stuck on the side of the road — here's how to reach us. The breakdown line never sleeps.

Getting hold of us is easy, and we know that when you're calling a truck workshop it's usually because something needs to happen quickly. For routine work — a logbook service, a brake reline, a fleet booking — drop us a message or give the workshop a call and we'll find you a slot that works around your run times, including after-hours and weekends. Most enquiries get a reply within the hour, and every quote we give is fixed and explained up front, so there are no nasty surprises on the invoice.

If one of your rigs is down on the side of the road, don't fill in a form — pick up the phone and call our 24/7 breakdown line. It's answered around the clock by people who fix big trucks for a living, and we'll get a mobile unit or a recovery truck rolling to you straight away. One call covers the breakdown, the recovery and the repair, so you're not stitching together three different operators at two in the morning.
