Braking is where a rally driver spends real confidence. A car that brakes hard, repeatably and predictably lets you carry speed deeper and trust the car over a long stage. A fading, grabby or unbalanced system does the opposite — and on gravel, where grip is already low, it is genuinely dangerous.

We build complete rally brake packages: upgraded calipers and discs, motorsport pads matched to your surface, adjustable brake bias, braided lines and the hydraulic handbrake that is essential equipment for tight gravel and dirt.

Stopping power that does not fade away

We match caliper, disc and pad to the weight of your car and the demands of your events. Fade resistance comes from the right pad compound, adequate disc mass and real airflow to the brakes — so we duct cooling where it is needed. The aim is a pedal that feels identical on the last corner of the last stage as it did on the first.

Brake bias matters enormously on loose surfaces. We fit an adjustable balance bar or proportioning system so the driver can shift bias for wet, dry, gravel or tarmac. Getting the front-to-rear split right is what lets you trail-brake into a corner and rotate the car instead of ploughing straight on.

The handbrake that wins hairpins

A vertical hydraulic handbrake is standard kit for rally and rallycross. Pulling it locks the rears instantly and cleanly, snapping the car around tight hairpins and switchbacks that a footbrake simply cannot manage. We fit a dedicated hydraulic circuit — not a cable hack — with its own master cylinder so the main brakes are never compromised.

We position the lever where the driver's hand naturally falls, plumb it with braided and shielded lines, and set it up so the rears lock crisply and release just as fast. Combined with the right diff and bias, it transforms how the car attacks tight, technical sections.
