We build rigs the way we'd build our own
The Overlander started in a single shed with one rule that still runs the place: never fit anything to a customer's truck we wouldn't trust under our own, a thousand kilometres from the nearest town.

Tourers first, mechanics always
We're a crew of off-road tragics who got sick of seeing good people sold the wrong gear. Half-baked lifts that bottomed out loaded. Bargain-bin bars that bent on the first roo. Dual-battery setups that cooked themselves on day three of a trip. We knew it could be done properly — so in 2008 we opened our own workshop and set out to prove it.
Eighteen years later, our team has built and serviced thousands of touring rigs — from weekend beach trucks to full-blown expedition wagons that disappear into the desert for months. Our mechanics are licensed and trade-qualified, our fabricators weld to engineering standard, and almost every one of us has a kitted rig of our own parked out the back. When we recommend a setup, it's because we've run it ourselves on real tracks.
From a simple lift and bar to a ground-up GVM-upgraded expedition build, we treat every vehicle like it's heading somewhere remote — because it usually is. We size it right, wire it clean, torque it properly, and back it with a lifetime fitment warranty. Then we send you off the blacktop with the confidence that your rig will get you out there and bring you home.
