Custom Exhaust Fabrication

A good exhaust is more than a sound, it is how your engine breathes out. Restrictive factory plumbing chokes power and muddies the note, while a properly sized, well-fabricated system lets the engine exhale and wakes it up. We fabricate custom exhausts in stainless and titanium, mandrel-bent and TIG welded, tuned for flow and a sound you actually want to hear, with the baffling to keep it street-legal when you need to fly under the radar.

Stainless Or Titanium

Stainless steel is the workhorse for good reason, tough and lasting with a deep, purposeful note that suits most builds. Titanium is the lightweight choice for those chasing every gram and a sharper, more metallic sound, at a price that reflects the material and the skill to weld it. We help you choose based on your goals, your budget and where the car lives, because a track weapon and a street build have different priorities. Mandrel-Bent And TIG

Just like charge piping, exhaust plumbing hates crush bends, which choke flow right where the gas needs to keep moving. We mandrel-bend every pipe so the diameter stays true through the bends, and size the system to your engine and power so it scavenges without killing low-end response. Every joint is TIG welded for clean, strong, gas-tight seams that will not crack under heat cycling. Routing is planned to clear the driveline, suspension and heat-sensitive gear, and mounted on proper hangers so it does not rattle, resonate or fatigue itself loose after a few thousand kilometres of Aussie roads.

Street-Legal Baffling

A screaming straight pipe is fun for about five minutes until the noise brings unwanted attention and defect notices. We build in the right mufflers, resonators and baffling to land your car on the sensible side of the noise limits while keeping the flow and the character you want. That means a system that opens up and sounds serious when you are on it, but is not going to have neighbours filing complaints or an officer with a decibel meter ruining your weekend. Sound is tuned deliberately, not left to chance, so you get presence without the legal headache.

Sized For Your Setup

Bigger is not automatically better with exhaust, and an oversized pipe on a modest engine kills the very response you want down low. We size the system to your actual power and turbo, so gas velocity stays healthy for good scavenging while still flowing enough to let a big build breathe up top. A screamer pipe or split dump gets planned in where the setup calls for it, and mounting keeps everything clear of heat-sensitive gear. The result is an exhaust matched to your engine, not a generic off-the-shelf pipe, which means better drive, cleaner power and a note that suits the character of the car.
