Intercooler & Charge Piping

Cool the charge, keep the timing.

Intercooler & Charge Piping

All that boost you are paying for turns into hot, thin air if the charge cooling is an afterthought. Heat-soaked intake air makes less power and invites knock, and a piping system that leaks or kinks throws away boost you worked hard to make. We build intercooler and charge piping that flows, seals and stays cool, using proper mandrel-bent alloy and clean TIG welds so the air reaches your engine dense and ready to work.

FMIC Or V-Mount

A front-mount intercooler puts a big core in clean airflow and suits most street and track builds, cooling the charge hard without exotic packaging. A V-mount angles the intercooler and radiator to feed cool air efficiently and clear space in a tight engine bay, which some builds and chassis genuinely benefit from. We help you choose based on your car, your power and how it gets driven, then size the core so it cools the charge without adding so much pressure drop that spool suffers. The aim is dense intake air with minimal lag penalty, not just the biggest core that will physically fit.

Mandrel-Bent Alloy

Cheap crush-bent piping strangles airflow at every bend, and that lost flow is lost power and slower response. We fabricate charge piping from mandrel-bent aluminium so the internal diameter stays consistent through the bends and the air keeps moving. Pipe sizing is matched to your turbo and power so velocity stays sensible without choking the top end. Routing is planned to clear heat, steering and suspension, with couplers and clamps rated for your boost so nothing blows off at full noise. It is the unglamorous plumbing between turbo and engine, but done right it protects every kilowatt the turbo makes.

TIG Welded And Sealed

A charge system is only as good as its joints, and a single blown coupler or cracked weld dumps your boost and confuses the tune. We TIG weld our alloy pipework for clean, strong joints that hold pressure and look the part, then pressure test the whole system to find leaks before the car goes anywhere. Every clamp is checked, every coupler is rated, and beads are rolled where hoses need to grip. When we hand the car back, the boost the gauge shows is the boost the engine is actually breathing, not a number bleeding away through a lazy join.

Fitment And Finish

Charge piping lives in a hot, crowded engine bay, so how it is routed matters as much as how it flows. We plan the runs to clear the radiator, accessories, steering and suspension travel, keep hoses away from heat sources, and mount everything so it does not vibrate loose or chafe over time. The finished pipework is tidy, consistent and something you are proud to show, because a build that flows hard should look the part under the bonnet too. Good fitment also makes future servicing easier, since anything you might need to remove later comes apart cleanly instead of fighting you every time.

Book your car in and we will build charge piping that keeps every psi cool and accounted for.
