ECU Tuning & Remapping

More power, every map proven

We don't sell power off a shelf. Every tune is developed live on the dyno, logged, and validated so your car makes more — safely, repeatably and exactly where you can use it.

ECU Tuning & Remapping

A generic flash file is a guess made in someone else's workshop on someone else's car. It has never seen your engine, your fuel, your altitude or your intake temps. We treat ECU tuning the way a race team treats a setup sheet: every change is measured, logged and signed off against real numbers before it earns a place in your map.

The goal isn't a headline figure you can quote in the pits. It's usable, repeatable power delivered through the part of the rev range where you actually drive — with safety margins that hold up lap after lap, not just on a single cold pull. We build the map around how you use the car, then prove it on the rollers.

Developed live on the dyno

Tuning blind is how engines get hurt. We develop every map in real time on our dyno, watching air-fuel ratio, knock, boost and timing through the full load and rpm range. Each adjustment is a deliberate, data-backed step, not a copied table from a forum.

We log every run and read it like telemetry off the pit wall — looking for the lean spots, the timing pulled under load, the boost that tapers when the car gets heat-soaked. That's where the real gains and the real risks live, and that's where we spend our time.

Matched to your build and fuel

Your tune is only as good as the data it's based on, so we account for the variables that actually move the needle: fuel octane and ethanol content, intake and intercooler efficiency, exhaust flow, and the supporting hardware your build is running. A map for 98 octane is not a map for E85, and we never pretend otherwise.

  • Petrol, ethanol-blend and flex-fuel calibrations
  • Stage 1 through to fully built engine maps
  • Cold-start, idle, transient and part-throttle drivability
  • Launch control, anti-lag and boost-by-gear where supported
  • Closed-loop fuel trims and knock-protection strategies
  • Full data logs supplied with every completed tune

Safety margins built in

Power that grenades the motor is a loss, not a win. We tune to conservative knock and lambda targets, validate them under sustained load rather than a single hero pull, and leave headroom for a hot summer day and a tank of average fuel.

If your hardware can't support the number you're chasing, we'll tell you before we touch the map — not after a piston lets go. Honest limits are part of the service.

Drivability that lasts

A good tune is invisible in traffic and ferocious on track. We spend real time on idle quality, throttle response and cold-start behaviour so the car is a pleasure to live with on the street and a weapon when you open it up.

Lock in a dyno session and we'll build a custom map matched to your exact build and fuel — proven on the rollers, logged in full, and ready for lights out.

// FAQ

ECU Tuning & Remapping questions

A typical street-and-track calibration takes most of a day on the dyno, depending on your platform and how many fuels we're mapping. Heavily built engines or flex-fuel setups can stretch across two sessions because we validate under sustained load rather than rushing a single pull.

A properly developed tune is safer than many off-the-shelf flashes because we tune to conservative knock and lambda targets and prove them on the dyno. We always check your supporting hardware first and will tell you the real safe limit before we touch the map.

A map is calibrated to a specific fuel, so a 98-octane tune is not interchangeable with E85. If you switch fuels we either build a dedicated map or, on supported ECUs, a flex-fuel calibration that adapts automatically to ethanol content.
