A street engine sees full load in short bursts. A track engine sees it lap after lap, at high rpm, with heat soaking into every component and oil being thrown around under sustained cornering load. That's a completely different world, and it's where factory tolerances and cast internals start to give up.

We build motors for that world. Forged internals, blueprinted assembly and race-grade machining aren't about chasing a dyno number — they're about a motor that makes its power and keeps making it, session after session, season after season.

Blueprinted, not just assembled

Blueprinting means building the engine to precise, measured specifications rather than the loose tolerances a factory uses for mass production. Every clearance is checked and set: bearing clearances, ring gaps, deck height, valve-to-piston clearance and balance are all measured and corrected, not assumed.

That precision is what lets an engine rev hard, run consistent oil pressure and hold its power. It's slow, deliberate work, and it's the difference between a motor that survives the track and one that lets go on lap five.

Forged internals that take the load

Sustained boost and high rpm load the bottom end in ways a road car never sees. Forged pistons, rods and a prepared crank give the strength and fatigue resistance to handle it, with the headroom to take a knock-event or a hot day without turning into shrapnel.

A full forged build typically runs several weeks once parts are in hand, because blueprinting, machining and balancing can't be rushed without compromising the result. Lead times on forged components and head work are usually the biggest factor, which is why we map a realistic timeline at the consult stage.

If you're running sustained high rpm or boost on track, forged internals give the strength and fatigue resistance that cast factory parts often can't sustain. For lighter use you may not need a full forged build, and we'll give you an honest assessment rather than overselling parts you don't require.

A rebuild restores an engine to healthy factory specification with fresh seals, bearings and gaskets. A built engine goes further, upgrading internals and blueprinting clearances to handle more power and sustained abuse than the factory ever intended.
