Forced induction is where big numbers are made and where big mistakes get expensive. Bolting on the largest turbo in the catalogue and winding up the boost is how you make a headline figure and a short engine life. We engineer boost as a complete system, sized to a target, supported by the right hardware and proven on the dyno.

Spec'd to a target, not a guess
Every build begins with a number and a use case. A car chasing top-end track power needs a very different compressor and turbine match than one built for mid-range punch out of corners. We size the turbo, manifold, intercooler and fuelling around that goal so the whole system works together rather than fighting itself.
Get the matching wrong and you end up with a laggy monster that's useless below redline, or a small turbo gasping for breath up top. We pick the components that put the power band where your driving lives.

Boost is only safe if everything around it can keep up. More air demands more fuel, better cooling, stronger ignition and adequate engine internals. We assess the full picture and tell you what your target genuinely requires before any work begins.

Fabrication done right
Off-the-shelf kits don't exist for every build, so we fabricate manifolds, intercooler piping and exhaust work to suit. Clean welds, proper support and sensible routing aren't cosmetic — they're what stops a hard-mounted pipe cracking on track or a manifold fatiguing under heat cycling.
Good fabrication also makes the car serviceable. We build for access and longevity, not just for a photo of the engine bay.
Tuned to the last kPa
New hardware without a matched tune is unfinished work. Once the system is built, we develop the calibration on the dyno — managing boost control, fuelling and timing so the car makes its target safely and delivers it the same way every run.

Turbo & Forced Induction questions
Turbos generally make more peak power for the boost and are more efficient, but can carry some lag; superchargers give instant, linear response that many drivers prefer for predictability out of corners. The right choice depends on your power target, your platform and how you drive, which is exactly what we work through when speccing your build.
Many engines have some headroom on factory internals, but it varies hugely by platform and how the car is used. We assess your specific engine and intended power level honestly, and if your target exceeds what the internals can safely take, we'll recommend a built bottom end rather than risk a failure.
Always. New turbo or supercharger hardware changes airflow, fuelling demand and boost behaviour, so running it on a stock or generic map is a fast route to engine damage. We develop a custom calibration on the dyno as part of every forced-induction build.
