High-definition footage is recorded to network video recorders configured with a minimum 30-day continuous recording capacity, with storage scaled to site requirements. Remote viewing is provisioned through encrypted client applications, giving building managers and owners secure, authenticated access to live and archived footage from any device.

AI-driven analytics add a further layer of operational intelligence. Line-crossing detection, loitering alerts, and zone intrusion triggers can be configured per camera, reducing the noise of irrelevant motion events and surfacing genuine security incidents in real time. Access Control: Fobs, Keypads, and Mobile Credentials

Modern access control moves well beyond the mechanical key. We design and install proximity fob, PIN keypad, and mobile-credential access systems that give building administrators granular control over who enters which areas and when. User permissions are managed through centralised software, and access logs provide an auditable record of entry and exit events across every controlled door or gate.

Integration with alarm systems and CCTV is a standard part of our access control designs. Door-held-open alerts, after-hours intrusion events, and forced-entry alarms can be configured to trigger camera recording, notify keyholders, or escalate to a monitoring centre. Alarm Systems and Monitoring

Intrusion detection systems protect premises during unoccupied periods and provide an immediate response layer when camera analytics alone are not sufficient. We specify and install alarm panels, motion detectors, door and window contacts, and glass-break sensors appropriate to the threat environment of each site. All alarm systems are configured and handed over with full documentation, including zone maps, keyholder information, and maintenance schedules. Where monitoring centre connection is required, we coordinate the communications path and panel programming as part of the project scope.
