We wire it
to outlast
the building.
Ironclad Electrical is a heavy-duty electrical contractor. We do not sell tidy little jobs — we engineer three-phase power, factory automation and protection systems that get flogged for decades and keep passing inspection.

// The mandate
Running cable
is the easy part.
Anyone with a licence can pull a cable. The hard half — the half that decides whether a site runs reliably for twenty-five years — is everything around it: the switchboard rated to clear a real fault, the sub-mains sized for the load the plant will actually draw, the protection coordinated so a fault drops one circuit instead of the whole floor, and the automation wired so a robot never starves for clean power.
That is the half we built a company around. We treat every job as infrastructure with a duty: to the people who work near it, to the equipment that depends on it, and to the standard an auditor will hold it to. We self-perform the power, the control and the safety, we engineer for the worst day the site will ever see, and we put our name on the test sheet.
Overbuild it. Then stand behind it.

Wire it to pass the audit
Every circuit is built to AS/NZS 3000 and handed over with the test sheets. Compliance is the floor, not the finish line.
Self-perform the hard half
Power, automation, data and safety under one A-grade crew. No subbie hand-offs, no finger-pointing.
Think in three phases
Single-phase runs a building. We build the 415V backbone that runs what the building does for a living.
Stand behind the steel
We do not disappear at handover. We maintain, test and answer the phone at 2am when a main lets go.
// Track record
Twenty-one years
on the tools.
Founded as a two-van industrial crew with one rule: overbuild it, and never leave a job you cannot put your name on.
Stood up a dedicated switchboard division — building and retrofitting boards rated to the real fault level.
Moved into factory automation: motor control centres, VSDs and PLC/SCADA integration for production lines.
Launched 24/7 emergency and EV infrastructure divisions as fleets and critical sites came online.
21 years on the tools, 14,600+ jobs energised, and an order book full of heavy three-phase work.
// Mobilise the crew
Put the heavy
crew on it.
Tell us the load, the deadline and the standard it has to pass. We'll build the infrastructure that holds up under it.
